We are volunteer led organisation which runs a variety of different activity and special  interest groups based in venues around the area. These include art and craft, dance and exercise, indoor games, languages, music and sport.  These run for 30 or 32 weeks of the year over three terms.  There is a basic membership fee and then a class fee which varies but no class works out at more that about £3 a week.  See our website for detailed information or phone the office on 01202 678113.  The office is in The Spire High Street Poole, open Monday and Thursday 10-12md  Our magazine with all classes set out is in every library in the Borough.

Practicing breathwork, meditation, traditional hatha yoga flow & mindfulness for all ages and abilities, leaving you feeling physically and mentally relaxed & on top of the world

£8.50 per class , or £70 for 10 Classes or £45 monthly unlimited classes, Pay in class by card , cash or bank transfer 

Bring your own mat, spare available if needed , water bottle and wear suitable clothing for yoga.

The DCF was set up to improve and enrich the lives of children with disabilities and their families who are experiencing difficulties related to the impact of disability, including physical health, emotional strain, and social isolation through a range of provisions. Flexercise is run by Mandy Hill and is an exercise class on Mondays. It's about having fun keeping fit and exercising: "Fab, Fun and Fitness" is their motto and you can contact Mandy on 07712 259716
